Never in my life have I gone out of my way to review a food product but for this I had to. I have not stopped thinking about this sauce (or sauz) since I had it as a sample at Whole Foods. It is hands down the best jarred sauce I’ve ever had. The flavors are top tier and I will go out of my way to get it. PLEASE TRY IT.
This miso garlic marinara from Sauz is absolutely delicious. The rich umami from white miso and black garlic makes it way tastier than any top brand I've had. It's bold, savory, and perfectly balanced with no weird aftertaste.
Best part: clean ingredients with no added sugar, no oils except extra virgin olive oil, and high-quality everything like real diced tomatoes, fresh garlic, and onions. It feels healthier without losing any flavor.
I use it on pasta, in sauces, even for dipping, and it's consistently amazing. Small-batch quality really shows. If you're over sweet or bland jarred sauces, grab this one. It's my new go-to and totally worth it!
