Ingredients

  • 1 lb cavatappi pasta
  • 1 jar SAUZ Brown Butter and Sage Alfredo
  • 2 cups shredded white cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded Gruyere cheese
  • 1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup bread crumbs
  • 2 tbsp melted butter 3 tbsp
  • 2 tsp dry thyme leaves
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp kosher salt
  • ¼ tsp freshly ground black pepper

Prep Time: 10 minutes Total Time: 40 minutes
Instructions:
  1. Preheat oven to 425°F. Cook cavatappi in a large pot of salted water until al-dente. Drain pasta, reserving 1 cup cooking water,  and set aside. 
  2. Combine pasta with Brown Butter and Sage Alfredo, cheese, and reserved pasta water. Transfer to a greased 9-inch square baking dish. 
  3. Toss bread crumbs with melted butter, thyme, garlic powder and salt. Sprinkle bread crumbs evenly over pasta. Bake for 18 to 20 minutes, or until topping is golden and crisp and sides are bubbly. 
  4. Let cool slightly before serving.
