  • 4 ripe avocados, pitted and scraped
  • ¼ cup SAUZ Spicy Jalapeño Pesto
  • ¼ cup diced red onion
  • 2 tbsp lime juice
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro, divided
  • ½ tsp kosher salt
  • ½ tsp Tajin spice blend or chili powder (optional)
  • 1 bag tortilla chips

Prep Time: 5 minutes Total Time: 10 minutes
Instructions:
  1. Mash avocado with Spicy Jalapeño Pesto until combined and still slightly chunky.
  2. Stir in red onion, lime juice, 1 tbsp cilantro and salt.
  3. Transfer to serving dish and sprinkle with remaining cilantro and Tajin (if using).
  4. Serve with tortilla chips for dipping.
