Total Time: 1 hour 30 minutes
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 410 F.
- Mix all the ingredients for the meatballs except the olive oil in a bowl. Use hands or mixer to knead the ingredients together until combined.
- Shape the meatballs using a 1/4 cup measure and place on a large lightly oiled baking sheet.
- Bake meatballs for 14-18 minutes until cooked through or golden brown.
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook until desired tenderness is reached.
- Reserve 1 cup of pasta water and drain the spaghetti. Stir in as much pasta water into the sauce so it comes together to your desired thickness.
- Heat 1 Jar of Sauz Lemon Marinara in a saucepan over medium heat. Simmer for 3-5 minutes then turn off stovetop.
- Add spaghetti into the Sauz sauce.
- Once meatballs are finished, stir them into the Sauz.
- Top with parmesan cheese and serve.
