  • 8 slices sourdough bread (about ½-inch thick)
  • 1 cup SAUZ Salted Pistachio Alfredo
  • 8 oz sliced mortadella
  • 8 oz sliced provolone cheese
  • 1/4 cup room temperature butter

Instructions:
  • Spread 1 tbsp Salted Pistachio Alfredo over one side of each piece of bread.
  • Top 4 slices of bread with 2 oz each sliced mortadella and provolone cheese. Cap with remaining 4 slices of bread, sandwiching the mortadella and cheese with the saucy sides of the bread slices.
  • Heat a large skillet over medium low heat. Spread butter evenly over the outside slices of bread slices and place in skillet. Cook for 3 to 5 minutes per side, or until bread is evenly golden, crispy and cheese is melted and gooey. Depending on the size of your skillet, you may have to work in batches.
  • Remove from heat and let sit for 1 minute. Cut in half for serving.
