Ingredients

  • 1 pkg (400 g) spaghetti
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 cup chopped dried chorizo sausage
  • 2 shallots, finely diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and de-veined
  • 1 jar SAUZ Hot Honey Marinara
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley

Instructions:
  1. Cook spaghetti in salted water until al-dente. Drain and reserve ¼ cup cooking liquid.
  2. Meanwhile, heat oil in large skillet set to medium heat. Add chorizo, and cook for 2 to 3 minutes, stirring occasionally until fragrant. Add shallots and garlic, cook for an additional 2 to 3 minutes, or until softened.
  3. Add shrimp and cook for 2 to 3 minutes, or until starting to turn pink. Add sauce and simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until heated through.
  4. Add cooked spaghetti and reserved pasta water to skillet and toss to combine. Simmer for 1 to 2 minutes or until well coated.
  5. Divide pasta evenly among serving plates. Sprinkle parsley evenly over top before serving.
