Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 8 sage leaves
  • 2 cans (each 15 oz) butter beans
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 tsp chili flakes
  • 1 jar SAUZ Creamy Calabrian Vodka
  • 1/3 cup crumbled goat cheese
  • 1 baguette, warmed and torn for dipping

Instructions:
  1. Heat oil in large skillet set over medium heat. Add sage leaves and cook for 5 to 7 minutes, until crispy. Remove from skillet and transfer to paper towel-lined plate.
  2. Add beans, onion, garlic, and chili flakes into skillet. Cook for 8 to 10 minutes; or until tender and fragrant.
  3. Add sauce and stir to combine. Simmer for 8 to 10 minutes, or until heated through and thickened.
  4. Transfer beans to serving dish and sprinkle goat cheese over top.
  5. Crumble crispy sage leaves over top and serve with baguette for dipping.
