  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1.5 lb store bought or homemade pizza dough
  • ½ jar SAUZ Salted Pistachio Alfredo
  • 3 cups shredded aged white cheddar cheese, divided
  • 2 cups chopped leftover turkey
  • 1 cup leftover stuffing
  • ½ cup leftover roasted sweet potatoes
  • ½ cup leftover green beans
  • ½ cup leftover cranberry sauce
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh chives

Prep Time: 10 minutes Total Time: 1 hour
Instructions:
  1. Preheat oven to 450°F. Grease a 9x13-inch baking sheet with olive oil; set aside.
  2. Roll pizza dough out onto lightly floured surface to ¼-inch thickness, then press into prepared baking sheet.
  3. Spread Salted Pistachio Alfredo evenly over pizza dough then sprinkle 2 cups shredded cheddar evenly over top. Top with turkey, stuffing, sweet potatoes, and green beans. Dollop cranberry sauce evenly over top and finish with remaining cheese.
  4. Bake for 25 to 28 minutes, turning tray half way, or until crust is crisp and golden brown, and cheese is melted and bubbly.
  5. Let cool slightly before slicing and serving and sprinkle with chives.
