  • 1 pkg soft Hawaiian rolls (12 rolls)
  • ⅓ cup SAUZ Pistachio Parmesan Alfredo
  • 6 slices mozzarella cheese
  • 8 oz brie cheese, thinly sliced
  • 6 oz sliced roast turkey
  • ¼ cup cranberry sauce
  • 1 tbsp fresh thyme leaves, divided
  • 3 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh chives
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp kosher salt

Prep Time: 5 minutes Total Time: 25 minutes
Instructions:
  1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Slice Hawaiian rolls through the middle, cutting parallel to your cutting board, keeping buns intact. Place bun bottoms on parchment paper-lined baking tray or 9x13 glass baking dish.
  2. Spread Pistachio Parmesan Alfredo evenly over both sides of buns. Place slices of mozzarella, brie cheese, sliced roast turkey on bun bottoms. Dollop with cranberry sauce, and sprinkle thyme leaves evenly over top. Cap with bun tops.
  3. Whisk melted butter with chives, garlic powder and salt. Brush evenly over tops of buns.
  4. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes, or until cheese is melted and gooey. Remove from oven and let cool slightly.
  5. Transfer to serving tray or serve in baking dish.
