  • 1 pound 80% lean ground beef
  • 1 large egg , beaten
  • ¼ cup breadcrumbs
  • ¼ cup grated parmesan cheese
  • ¼ cup finely chopped onion
  • 2 teaspoons minced garlic
  • ¾ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
  • Your choice of Sauz

Prep Time: 30 minutes Total Time: 1 hour
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F. (But remove those rogue trays from your oven first… we know they’re in there.) 
  2. Line a baking sheet with foil and spray with your choice of non-stick cooking spray. (We recommend olive oil or avocado oil!)
  3. In a large bowl, combine the meat, egg, breadcrumbs, cheese, onion, garlic, salt, pepper, and parsley. Don’t be afraid to use your hands.
  4. Scoop mixture with a spoon, form into 1-1/2 inch balls, and place on the baking sheet. 
  5. Bake uncovered for 17 to 20 minutes, or until no longer pink in the middle. Turn halfway through so the bottoms don't brown. 
  6. Serve with your favorite shaped noodle (we know you have a fav) and your choice of Sauz!
